Cancellation Policy
Booking & Participation Policy By registering for a QSITS Executive Lab (“Lab”), you agree to the following: Nature of Lab Labs are structured, in-person strategic working sessions. Registration grants access to the scheduled event only. Labs are not individualized consulting, legal, tax, accounting, investment, implementation, or fiduciary services. Participation does not create a client, advisory, agency, or fiduciary relationship. No Guarantee QSITS makes no guarantee of business, financial, or strategic outcomes. All decisions and implementation remain solely your responsibility. Registration & Payment Seats are limited and reserved upon payment. QSITS may refuse or cancel registrations for suspected fraud or conflict with event structure. Payment is processed through third-party providers. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations 14+ days prior: refund minus processing fees or event credit. 7–13 days prior: 50% refund or partial credit. Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund. Transfers permitted with 48 hours’ written notice and acceptance of these terms. If QSITS cancels, your remedy is a refund of the registration fee or credit. QSITS is not responsible for travel, lodging, or third-party costs. Event Modifications QSITS may modify agenda, faculty, or venue within the same metropolitan area. Assumption of Risk You assume responsibility for travel, health, allergies, and personal property. QSITS is not liable for injury, loss, or damage except as required by law. Conduct & Recording Professional conduct is required. Disruptive participants may be removed without refund. Personal recording is prohibited without written consent. Intellectual Property All QSITS materials and methodologies remain QSITS property and may not be reproduced or commercialized. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, QSITS is not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses. Total liability shall not exceed the registration fee paid. Chargebacks You agree to contact QSITS first to resolve payment disputes and not initiate chargebacks inconsistent with these terms. Digital acceptance constitutes binding agreement. Governing Law Colorado law governs. Disputes shall be resolved in Colorado.
